30' Midnight cc

OK, I think I finally figured out the attachments. If I did, then here are some pix of my 30' Midnight cc w/ twin opti 225s. Its an old school '85 hull that was redone about 5 years ago. Still has lots of 'storage' and a big 300 gal tank. To prevent it from taking unauthorized trips across the straits, I keep it stored. I've gotten it up to 50mph @ 5000rpm, but not fully loaded. These pix were from a weekend outing here in Key West. That same weekend I docked next to a 39' new school Midnight w/ trips. Definately not in the same league.
Mine is not up for sale, but there are a couple of other old school Midnights down here. I don't think I've seen any for sale recently.
Enjoy.

87' 30' unit

I had a 87' hull drop in my lap, and i think it was OEM from Midnight, or at least was informed that. Do you have any inside photos. I was trying to confirm on the details inside, see if they are like mine. Just started my restoration project.

Hi, just purchased your boat from some man in miami. Interested why you sold it, and any history if possible.

Seamy

Please shoot me some pics as I have the same hull with an inboard diesel. Do not know the weight, but would love to see another one like mine w/the inboard.

Thanks
Brad

This is the boat as I bought it, since this I have given it a tidy up and serviced the two engines and had it out for a few runs. The GPS speed was 55mph currently running Bravo 1 X Drives, 1.50 ratio, 28 pitch props. The props are too small though. Any thoughts on what I could try to get the Bow up a little more. The boat runs fairly flat at this speed. Too much trim causes the props to blow out.

I will get more pictures for you when I am down at the boat next.
