Who is at Eastport? Where would you recommend to go/ launch at Clinton Lake? 35' Fountain ok for that size lake?

Thanks,
Zack

I'm kind of curious too. Last time I was at Clinton was 9 years ago. Shelbyville has become our favorite close lake, maybe Clinton is worth another try?

Use the Clinton Lake Marina to launch. $5 but worth every penny.

Lake is in good shape, plenty of water. Downfall is not alot of coves like shelbbyville. But on a regular basis we have tied up:
29 Powerquest
30 Formula
33 Outlaw
28 Donzi
26 Chap
28 Rinker cruiser
27 Rinker
38 Powerquest
32 Sunsation
28 Sunsation
27 Crownline
26 Checkmate
21 sea ray

A 35 fountain cannot find water on clinton that will upset it. Ramp is plenty big, wide, and deep to launch at the Marina. Do not use any of the other ramps in my opinion.

Dock 3 is a blast, no doubt.

Default Lake Shelbyville

We stay at Eagle Creek Resort (www.eaglecreekresort.com). There is a good ramp close by, they have trailer parking and new docks. Indoor and outdoor pools. They have a decent restaurant and a nightclub/bar.

Zack you should come down and visit, bring Dave (29 fountain), and Scott (32 Velocity) with you. let us know when you are thinking about it. If your still seeing Tia (it appears to be her on the bike) let her know that Phil and Jodi from Mohamet, and Rich say hi. If you have questions you can call me at 309-275-3436 for directions.

Rich.
