Has anyone heard about a sound ordinance on the Chian????
I have heard people are complaining about loud power boats... I find this to be BS. The Chian has been known for its loud boats and fun weekends. I have also heard that people that live on the river are also complaining about the wake that is made from the traffic. Well the wake isnt made from power boat speeding down the river its from all the damn big cruisers that just go down the river and make a huge wake.
If this is true about all these ordinances all the bars and parties that are on the Chian will go under. Plus what about the river shiver???
People have nohting else to ***** about.

The ordinance has been out there for years, but there was no enforcement until last summer. Then this summer they really started cracking down because of all the complaints. As I understand it all of the complaints about the noise and waves on the river are all being generated by only six people. They must cry alot because the meeting on the 13th is a result of them all complaining.
