There is not likely a "local" testing company.
Google "fuel testing" many labs can do an analysis but check which tests need to be done to verify your concerns.
Probably cost $30-50 by the time you ship the sample so decide if that is worth it vs just pumping it for your vehicle and replacing with fresh.
What are the circumstances for your fuel concern? what kind motor are we talking?

stock 502 leaned out and lost ring tension, No real damage other than that.
With all the ethanol talk, I was just curious.
Im gonna test the injectors too.
Probsbly gonna try and drain the tank this week and start fresh again.
