what is it an MTI copy? because it doesn't have canopies?
Personally, I love the looks of it - the windshield is more similar to a Fountain 42PR than it is an MTI. Sweet ride.

And where did the MTI come from?? Not knocking MTI, i love them but......If you want the true facts call Larry Goldman. The owner of the 398 is looking to sell so someone should jump on it!!

Now why would you say something like this. You know there isn't a strory there and your going to make me post on this.
Is MTI a copy, YES, it is a copy of the Victory race boats that Randy built and raced in Dubi(spelling). The cockpit started out as nothing more that a 4-seat race boat with the top cut off. The new ones are totally Randy's design and his desire to build a userfriendly boat.
And YES!!!!!! that does look alot like a 4 seat MTI.

Thats right, im guessing thats why the letters are VIC in the vin of the MTI's?? I never said anything about a skater copy or anything. The 398 doesnt look anything like an MTI in person. It has more of a 38 doug wright look to it. Ginos 39 was sitting right next to it at Larrys shop. The canopy/windshield was designed by a fellow company of those who did it for the OL cat. I spent the majority of the Miami show in the MTI booth. They are the ones to beat now a days!! This Motion will be a great alternative for less coin!
