Ok, recovered (sorta) from a loooong day yesterday.
Gave up my seat on a 12 o'clock flight in Houston for 2 free round-trips anywhere Air Tran goes.
Then missed the connection in Chicago due to weather delays, had to fly to Tampa because I didn't wanna spend 24hrs at Midway Airport.
Drove from there and didn't roll into Ft Myers until 4am.
Back in the saddle- stay tuned. About 4000 frames from the weekend to go through, and I guarantee some good chit.

Excellent point, Bubba. That was the best route, I guess- they were just trying to get me to Ft Myers same day.
That sort of thing happens on the fly, at the gate counter.
My original flight went thru ATL and had a 3 hr layover- if things had gone as planned all it would have cost me is an additional 5hrs.
Missed the connecting flight by 8 minutes.
