What is the stroke length on the kit??

Any machine work required on the block to make 540 ci or provide proper clearance for the longer stroke?

What is the max recommended rpm for this rotating assbly?

The stoke length is 4.25".
There is no additional machining required.
Rpm is in the 7,000-7,500 range.

stroker

this is just what I had in mind !!!!
Any cam shaft changes needed to be max efficient power curve ect,,,

I know this is a dangerous question for you ,but what is a typical HP number after the stroker work, starting with the 502 efi as the origanal equipment ?? Is it 540 hp ?? or is that the cubes ??? Assume everything else ,except maybe the cam stays orig. Just a ball park if you could .
thanks Scott

HP increases would depend on a lot of things, like the heads you are running etc.
Yes we can provide a rotator for a 572. If you have a tall deck (10.2) it would be no problem, but with a standard deck, we would have to have custom pistons made

With just the rotator you would probably see a 40-50 HP increase.
With a cam change and reprogramming of your ECU, you could be in the 625 HP range.
And yes, that is a dangerous question!!
