Who's going to Pickwick OSS???
Guys,
The Pickwick, TN OSS 2006 season opening race is right around the corner  , May 5-7.
We had a LARGE  time last year. Combine the race with Pier 57's toy store/boat show, their club/restaurant Freddie T's, a Saturday Poker Run, the Falls hangout, live music (GFR last year), the dry pits with some of the friendliest racers and awesome boats, and it was one hell of a weekend.
I will be there with a bunch of the MCPA crew. Are any of you guys coming????

Hey Steve,
We haven't decided yet; depends mostly on if we can get babysitter for weekend. Went last year & did have a great time, though a bit cool/rainy for poker run. Stayed at Grand Harbor last year...very nice place though all the covered slips had been filled...saw a couple of Heats there. If we make it this year we'll try to find & talk with more Heat owners.

Jeff,
Keeping the boat at Grand Harbor this year too. Did I meet you guys last year?
We talked with some guys on another Heat. Hope you can make it this year. Anybody else?? This is a GREAT way to kick off the boating/poker run/racing season  .

Steve,
Not sure, but very likely...we spoke with several Heats in passing, but never exchanged names, etc. I was trying to look closely at pic of your Heat to see if I recognized it...pretty sure I do (recall telling my wife that was an exceptionally nice looking Heat). We were tied up at the very end of one of the main docks. Anyway, I hope we make it this year, & if we do we'll make sure to find you guys & introduce ourselves properly.

JUST A REMINDER, THIS RACE WEEKEND IS JUST 3 WEEKS AWAY ............................
IT WAS A GREAT WAY TO START THE BOATING/RACING/ POKER RUN SEASON LAST YEAR. CAN'T WAIT!
