Anyone coming to Hartwell pokerrun?

The lake hartwell poker run is coming up may 24.There are a lot of local atlanta guys going up to hartwell sc for the run. I am going to bring the nordic. Just wondering if I am the only one going to represent nordics.

LOL! I just asked the same question yesterday! We are planning on going unless something unexpected comes up. I'm debating...If my Pachanga's out of the shop we will probably bring it, otherwise The Powerquest we just bought. That might be a head turner as from what I understand their are very few down here. BTW! We live about 30 miles south of you if you are in Dallas,Ga.

It seems several people that do the hartwell run take thier boats up to lake norman after the event Saturday evening as theres a lot more going on up there for memorial day.

Im going to skip hartwell (this time) and spend the wknd at Norman.

My son's graduation is that weekend... I was looking forward to that trip too. Doesn't look like I will make it. I have some friends that live on the lake up there I wanted to introduce you to. I guess you will have to represent! Is that the only Hartwell trip in the works?

Is the lake level up? Last I heard it was really low. And no, we won't be going, the nordic is still in the shop

Would like to go if I can get my boat ready in time. Have a good bit to do but I need to get it done. Looks like it will be a short summer on Lanier. A friend with a 29 Scarab will also be coming along from Atlanta. Any suggestions on where to stay and how long most stay for the run?

we go up friday after work and stay at the hilton hotel next to charlie t's this yyear we are going to do the run and come back saturday night so that we can go out on allatoona sunday. Since lanier is down you should come to allatoona. There is becoming a large crowd of power boats out here. Pm me with a phone number and we can all caravan up together.

Sounds good John. Is Allatoona full? I hadn't really thought about coming over there but it might be a good idea.

yes its full. we actually have about 15-20 people that we boat with that have performance boats. everything from adrenaline to warlock. there is even a few apache's and a 50 foot jaguar that you will see on occasion. there is a strong showing on allatoona of power boats.
