Screw the electric unit - replace it with a manual one made by the same manufacture. The electric one is nothing but issues and continued replacement...
Did you say you were able to get a bimini cover - wasn't sure what cover you were able to get - I'll have to take pic's of the cover - in storage at the moment - the color is gray with a purple strip - I might have another one but not sure of the color on that one...

If you ever get a chance, c'mon down here to Austin, Lake Travis. I've only seen one -- maybe two other Nordics on the lake here.

Maybe coming down ther late this summer, I'll look you up. Yeah, that was one of the attractions to the Nordic, not everyone has one, like a Baja, jab, jab!
