22 Sprint prop advice/recommendation.
The boat is a 99 sprint with a 454 MPI Bravo 1, 240 hrs.
Currently running a Mirage 23P, typically see 58-59 mph. @4400rpm
Best I've ever seen is 61 on GPS with 10 gallons of fuel and two adults.
When I bought the boat it had a 21 mirage and would hit 5000 occasionally. I then tried a 25 Mirage and the boat wouldn't get past 4000 rpm.
I've seen some sprints listed for sale where guys are claiming 65-68 mph?? What props are they running?
BTW I live in MN at 1200-1300' elevation.
