Default Big Cat @ Coty Marine ??

Anybody know anything about the HUGE cat infront of Coty Marine in Seaside Heights (NJ). The name on the side was TORQUE POWER. I just past this monster today and was wondering what it was or any info on it.

Thanks in advance

Saw that in Brick a few years ago at a race. Talked with John and Walt from Lightning Jacks and they said it was a 46 Skater with some wierd power in it. Coulnt keep the trannies together or something.
