I never did it in a fast boat. I've done it in the slow azz fireboat and it takes several hours at 7-9 mph. I said slow didn't I? In a fast boaqt I figure an hour and a half maybe 2 depending where you put in at. I have to put in at Croyden above Philly so I'm figuring 2+ hours. I'd be better to drive down to Willming ton area and put in somewhere down there. I have to look into ramps that I can use. I need good water and a long ramp.

I made it from Big timber creek to jelly fish joels and back in a few hours cruising @ 60 and up to 82 for a few races 150 miles round trip

For the record I have been using Delaware city ramp , 3 wide , the best ramp I ever used in the 25 years and plenty of parking . I will be splashing my 32 Skater this year

I live in Voorhees and the best time I made to Delaware city ramp was 50 Min including fuel stop . Zero raffic on 295 south on weekend all traffic is heading to sewer plant !!! Oh yea the sewer plant is all of NJ shore !!!

The Delaware City ramp is fantastic. There is one place on the canal and another few places within reasonable run time to get drinks and food.
