Another barge turtling a boat and keeps on moving.

Check out the book dead men tapping its about just this sort of thing.

Gives a great insight into what happens on a barge and how its navigated.
Also will shed some light on how rescue operations actually work.

One of the best boating books I have read.

A local Story as well
