Hi Dave,
Welcome! I'm assuming that you'll be putting in at Neshaminy ramp? Probly the best ramp around but also the most crowded. I run with a few other guys on here up and down the river. Hanging out in the cove sometimes. We'll be taking a few trips down to the Chesapeke Bay this season. It was a blast last year, world of difference and much more fun to be had for a simple 1 hour trailer trip I run a 32 Hydra Cat. just repowered this winter so top speed this year should be around 120 or so? We'll see. Mark should chime in sometime, he's running a 27 Checkmate and there are others. Let us know when you plan on being out on the river. I won't be ready until May 1st I'm hoping. Engines are done, just have to do all the re-rigging. Hope to see you out there, always good to meet new people. Bill

What's up Howard? You ready to go with that beast? 80+, what did you put in there, 1075's? We buffed the rear paint out last night so I can start putting things back together. New engines are done and will start to go back in first week in April. Engines dynoed around 700hp each. Figure the first week in May I should be ready. See you out there!

Hey Bill! 1075? Not even close! 1300 But they are about 800. I didn't even wring it out yet and I hit 80 soooo...... I want to get Lorenzo out to play with my tune a little and replace some gauges, stereo, and some older motor parts but other than that, I should be ready to go....maybe May is a good time to get out there.

Howard

Hi all. I am familiar with the river and no stranger to the performance boats. I know a few of you on the river. I use to have a 20 cigarette and a 28 apache with the arrows, them i bought a 38 ocean yacht in 2004 and now the cigarette. I still have the ocean and its for sale so thats what i am concentrating on as there is a good amount of people interested.. I had the ocean down the shore but now it will be here in the state marina till it sells. Then i get to play full time with the cig.

I have a 28 Pantera with 468s that runs 75 mph. But I don't run the Delaware to much trash for me it's the Chesapeake or the shore.

i dont run the Delaware much, mostly just the Chesapeake.

Boat is a 29' Kryptonite with a 598ci N/A in it. Getting rebuilt as we speak, so unsure of what my new top speed will be, but hopefully i wont lose any speed and will gain hundreds of hours of reliability. Old top speed was 102mph with a good load.
