That was me. I was definitely there about 4 o' clock Launched at Hargrove's. (Matt who works there is always more than helpful with launching the boat). Was hanging out south of the bridge for a few minutes watching 2 tugs pull a ship to the channel and get her pointed south. The funny thing is that we were looking at the traffic on the bridge and glad we were not in it.

Hahaha.... Lucky you is right. I was stuck up there...Bailed out and tried cutting through to Rt. 130...That was backed up from Universal Supply all the way to the circle in Brooklawn.. Long ride home. Glad you had a great afternoon.
