Rebuild the AT.

We have dialed in a couple boats to run 90mph on stock 525s and XRs. One of them now has 250 hours, and nothing but fluid changes. The other one hit a crab trap, so it's had a little drive work. Both of them full cabins and AC; but I'll admit we had to pull the generator out of the one with 250 hours to get the last couple ticks.

Punch the 525s out to 600/650HP, and build a solid set of XRs with some nice internals; and you will be all set.

I 100% agree with Sydwayz.... if you started this small project when you got the boat, you would be done by now!!!
