Who cares if you don't find out the location until the morning of, it's going to be within a couple miles of the original spot so what difference does it make?

Boat Party on Sunday

i was looking forward to this and very disappointed in Sag officials. Usually this was pretty simple to find in years passed. Follow the traffic------

Anyone have any idea at this point where they'll put it? I read a thread "someone" saw they moved the barge just outside the harbor where it's no longer in the harbor masters jurisdiction.
