I know this guy and his boat is absolutely beautiful . Hopefully someone catches these *******s and then we beat them with a bat. His boat needs at minimum a prop and one lower unit. Absolute bull ****.

Not to blame the victim but how many people leave the keys in their boats or have boats that don't need a key? Would you leave the keys in your car? I do feel bad for this guy but take the key with you or, like I do, hide it in the boat.

I need some context to process this.

Was this a 42 Outerlimits that was taken and ran onto a concrete boat ramp?
Or was this a 21 Wellcraft Nova that was taken and left afloat with 2 empty cases of beer cans strewn about?

Let me be clear: EITHER ONE WOULD SUCK. I've had my junk vandalized 3 times over the years, I get it.
I'd be more than pissed; but what actually happened?

If people knew the amount of time/energy and money it takes to own and run one of these boats it wouldnt be taken so lightly. That sucks and hopefully he can get it fixed quickly.
