* Wood planking over concrete floor
* Freshly remodeled
* Bar
* Wired Music thruout
* Ability to work on boats(or just sit on it) all winter
* Outside storage also available
This building is located exactly 1 mile from Waukegan Harbor and about 4 miles from Northpoint.Easy access,great facility currently undergoing renovation.Currently there are only 5 availabilitys.
