The slips atart at $3000 per year. The condos start at about $220k for the smalllest ones . That does include a slip. Last winter I couldn't get them to garrentee me that I could put in a lift.
all of the slip renter will eventually be pushed out as the condos get built and sold.
One cool thing is it is right across the street from a South Shore RR terminal

The Ditch is right around the corner from boater beach..I too took a ride through the new marina there and it is nice...I would be concerned being surrounded by the mills and all their crap falling on your boat..I slip in Michigan City and the one stack NIPSCO has gets **** eveywhere..i couldnt imagine portage and all those stacks...Im sure you could find something in Michigan City...

Michigan City is all right if you don't mind leaving your boat in the water. I think your boat is too big for their in and out service.

I have several buddies who can hook guys up with these accomodations, they are very nice to work with their at the marina and gas docks. good luck. Hammer
What can your buddies do for any accomodations?

Pm me and i can hook you up with their numbers and they can typically set you up for overnight slips on a weekend. We were there Sat to launch and hung out there on Sunday. Several of the guys hang out downtown on weekends so can stick you in their slips in these cases. Let me know. Hammer

I took a ride over to marina shore's today. Looks like it WILL be a great place once its complete. They want 3600 for the slip. I cant swallow that since the place is under major construction, and its already June 5th, so I would be paying for the past two months I never used. They have a lot of open slips right now.
