the cpd and uscg did a great job seting up the first rafts to start off everything smoothly. hopefully the party will continue for years to come.

Yea, it was a good time. I was tucked in my bed at 830pm. The USCG and CPD were being cool while keeping order. If the weather clears, im going to the playpen and chillin out with a few gallons of gatorade and a bottle of aspirin, i need it.
