Nice. I think we need to check it out if it is powerboat friendly. Possible CPC headquarters.

My buddy runs the place. Just got back from ther watching the bears game. Nice place, bar, food, etc. They offer in and out service, volley ball, bean bags, etc. Anyone interested let me know, this may be our new home.

Nah, Its right off at 136th and Torrence. They are putting up a big concrete storage building, gonna be selling boat "condos", putting in a swimming pool, etc. I guess last summer they had some ametuer fights there, bands, beanbag contests, etc.
How crappy of a ride is it up the river to the lake?

6 miles of no wake zone?? You tell us. Everytime I've done it, we were on plane all the way to the locks, running 70-80 all the way. But, we were fortunate to do it on days that the water pigs were not there clocking. I know many guys that got some major tickets running through there on plane.
I could'nt handle running that far at idle.
