I'd think about just rigging a cheap canvas you could pick up next to nothing at Menards. At full cover sounds great but it gonna cost a little $$$ and the worst thing is that with the dust over there sounds like it might get ruined by the end of the summer. A full cover is great but when its simple dust, bird crap..whatever!! I guess my point is not to shell out the big $$ yet and save it for gas.

Just my .02

Dude, what is Menard's? If I was staying outside at East Chicago, I definitely would get a good cover that fits your boat like a glove, it will pay for itself the first season alone in just cleaning headaches and the wear and tear from the sun. NIce thing about my old cover is that I never had to worry about it taking on rainwater from sagging, tearing, or any other b.s.! I would hands down have it done by our guy in the Ozarks who does an awesome job and reasonable, around $20/ft or so I think with side curtains a little extra. You will get this back in resale value of the boat and the pain in the azz of cleaning non stop with the steel mills. Here is a pic of mine, it looked like new 5 years after I bought it and was very slick even to tow. Oops, Phil's Custom Canvas 573-964-5371. Tell him Hammer sent you.

Thanks fellas, I'm definitely getting a full cover. The last thing I want is my baby getting trashed- that rail dust is nasty $hit! I appreciate the reccomendations.

baddogz28,
Are you keeping the boat in the building or outside? A friend stored at EC for a couple of seasons. Never heard anything bad about the experience. If you would like to talk to him pm me a contact number. He is not a member of OSO.

You know...re-reading the title of this thread got me to thinking...
As I recall, Kool-Aid and Perillo were looking to get a little "in/out service" from some chicks they met at the casino last summer, but it did not end well. Might want to ask Bob Z about it....
