Winter to-do lists? Whos doing what

I've got a fairly big list planned, but I have a feeling most of it wont get done.

1) Remove engines, re-paint bilge, new battery cables, redo lots of wiring and hoses. Add some extra lighting in there

2)Have generator rebuilt or replaced

3)Rebuild one broken Drive

4)Install miami vice style rectangular remote spotlights on arch

5)Repaint trailer

6) new bunks, bushings, brakes, etc

Anyone else got some things on their to-do lists?

my list is similar to yours... except for gen - drive and spots... and point 5 and 6 were done this summer...

So I guess my list is not that bad!

Paint my trailer, new bunks and carpet...that'll be this fall, tho. Already did ALL new hardware (lights, brakes, hubs, bearings). Now the motors are coming out for a "freshen-up", plus I'm doing a new dashboard.

Plus I'm going to be overseeing Sommer's project and hopefully be rigging my dads race boat.
