Sucks that its going to be at the Grove for me, I'll be at camp and 41 is right around the corner. Watched Dennis's other vids and it cool to see some of the guys that I remember from when I was doing it. Wish I had the cash to put mine back out.

We're running the Grove at least once a month. Everytime there's a saturday night nitrous street car brawl, we're gonna be there. I've got all the dates we race, I'll post them up later.

41 sucks for traction after the 1/8th mile. Not worth wrecking the car to race there. Plus, 41's "CHEAP"

Come on now 10x I've been running at 41 along time and have had very few issues on that track. Gotta defend my home track lol!!

I kind of agree with Blown85 , but we don't have 6 second cars either. Heck we where running 9.50's on a slippery 2 lane in the sticks so running 41 is like going to Indy for the nats.

Once you run a car that's makin "big" HP down a "well prepped" track, you don't wanna settle for anything less.
We've asked Denny many times to spray the track all the way to the end, and his reply was that it's too costly. Well, that's fine, but our cars are "too costly" to have them skatin around on the big end at 170-180. Sorry. A few years ago we went round and round with him about this, and he told us to go somewhere else. We did, and noone I know will ever go back there. He stepped on his own dik.

I'll be up at "Da Grove" on Sunday.
(My Excalibur is staying in storage this summer)

I'm lookin' forward to seein' your brother's purple Chevelle.

I had a good laugh last week, I had some 20 year old start explaining to me where "the grove" was.........I said: wait a minute there kiddo, I started going there when I was 16...............30 years ago!!
