I bought an LG. 2 main things I learned...
1. There are two recording options, You pick the one that coresponds to what other dvd players you might play the disk in.
2. There are at least different disk types out there CD+R, CD-R,..... Etc. Each of them have there own quirks on how to record & finilize...
