Cool I would love to venture out there one day, Maybe next year!! I am already registered for 4 so far.. I want to do 1000islands too. Gotta Get approval from the Mrs. on that.. Got some family stuff I think scheduled for the same weekend.

As far as a CAT goes, How do you like the way your OE handles in the chop? I took your advice and didn't do the adjustable trims. I would love to see if that would make a big diference or not?

You could manually raise or lower the drive to find the top speed. If you had trim tabs, thats all you would need.

Thats what I plan to do. I set them as you explained using the bottom of the boat to the center line of the prop shaft! I will play with it once he gets it re-rigged again. Gauges are all out and heading back to be redone and trannies are on the way to texas too. Gotta Few more weeks to get things together. Hopefully sometime in June we will be out and about running.
