Re: Dont be a scared.....

Wow, glad to hear that you guys are ok and the boat is Ok (you are not getting turning lessons from that "nut" willy are you ?) , It is a paradox you have to push it to the edge while testing to find allittle more and you can't have helo's and medic boats out there . about all you can do is have a chase boat out with you ( of course ours this weekend was a jetski) not a perfect system for sure but better than nothing . hey take care and keep it in one piece for the start in two weeks, SO now that we got that out of the way how was she running right before the crash loose is fast so you guys had to be there ??

Re: Dont be a scared.....

The boat was screaming just before the roll. Luckily, Willy and Jay Muller were right there watching the run, when they rolled. The boat ended up idling to shore. Willy and Jay towed them back to the docks without incident. It fired right up afterwards and drove onto the trailer. Boat is fine and Im sure Randy and Eric will be too, in a few days.

Question Re: Dont be a scared.....

Damn Randy!!!

Did you have a helmut on???

Other than the other canopy boat, did you guys have another open boat available in case you needed to get someone to shore in an emergency?

Glad to see everyone is ok.

So how did it happen?

Re: Dont be a scared.....

Which boat? The yellow one? Or Randy's?

What cut Randy? Did he have the helmet on? Strapped in?

Re: Dont be a scared.....

C'mon, someone spill the beans, what happened.

Let's see, Sideshow was at the wheel and Randy had the throttle.

Randy: Hey Sideshow, look at that barge heading our way, wanna jump the wake?

Sideshow: OK, keep it trimmed out, this new engine is great.

Something like that??
