Yes, we will be there with both speed racer boats, I have a home there, let me know if you need anything or a place to stay, I'll be more than happy to help out. Half the fun is meeting new people.

Thanks!

And just to clear the air on any "special" motors or stuff: OSS is 1000% dedicated to keep our races SAFE & FAIR.

As far as fair goes, Fort Myers has seen the introduction of special black boxes that are placed on boats by the inspectors in random and unpredictable fashion.

In Fort Myers, no transgressions were registered by the black boxes. Don't ask how those boxes work, I don't know. But they are out there ...

Can i get an amen ! Spoken like a true professional.

I was in a helicopter for the SCL and SV race in Ft. myers. All I can say is WOW..... you guys are nuts!!! The SV start was wild....and I said holy crap these guys are battling, and then we starting flying over the SCL........I got to see it all from up there. Being a racer, I know what its like to be squeezed and bumped, but you guys took it to the extreme out there.
Hey....Im not complaining because it was a blast to watch. But if it continues like that it will end in tears, and that would be a disaster to the class, as it is the best out there!!
Dont mean to bore you guys, so I'll leave it at that.....Keep up the good racing....and remember.....the checkered flag is great....but the awards ceremony party with EVERY crew member having fun is greater!!
