The change in the OSS General and Racing Rules is in OSS General 34: OSS Rule Changes. This paragraph had been inadvertendly missed in prior versions The change in the Tech rules is in 22. - Bonus points (clarification only) New versions of the rules are available at http://www.offshoresuperseries.com/rules.php
