Unhappy Loan Shark Crash Photos

Loan Shark Crash Photos

My appologies for the focus, but it was hazy and the turn was about a half a mile away from me.....

Dan and Rob are doing ok. I am sure they are both feeling like they got run over by a train...

I wish them a quick recovery and hope they get the boat fixed soon...

Re: Loan Shark Crash Photos

Holy shiit !!

And to think they just recently started adding those braces at the windscreen/roof line.......

Glad they are both okay. Great guys I like to call friends......since I'm not racing 'em anymore......

The metal braces is probably what saved them from being crushed...

Both great guys and hope to see them back on the course again soon in something much safer...

Lessons learned here this weekend....

Pix, man... PIX!
Re: Loan Shark Crash Photos

Scary stuff... glad the guys are ok.

It amazes me how these boys come together to help each other in times of need. Those last two pix made my day.

Re: Loan Shark Crash Photos

VERY happy Dan and Rob are safe and sound. I was listening on talk offshore when they rolled....my heart sank when I heard the Shrk had flipped. It must have been a fairly violent roll to cause that damage.

Thumbs up Re: Loan Shark Crash Photos

Good to see everyone is ok.
Were the windows removed or were the blown in from the blow to the canopy?
Gary B is always on the scene to lend a hand. His model sportsmanship is what makes the OB class what it is. Tough competitor! Good People!

Glad all are safe, this really sucks. Not to crazy about the looks of that canopy after the roll. Something doesnt look right.
