Where's Tony

I need some help in finding Tony from the race team named JDBYRIDER. Tony borrowed a Carb Jet card from the Traffic Light Race Team and I need to get it back before the next race. I did pm the screen name of jdbyrider on oso but I have had no luck, there has been no response and my boss is breathing down my neck to get it back. So if I can have some help here I would be grateful. Any contact numbers for Tony or if someone knows Tony please pass on the information that I am looking for him and that I need the Jet Card back that he borrowed.
