I have a buddy looking to buy a condo in the Jersey City area or surronding areas. He is currently renting right at liberty landing, and is looking to buy somthing very shorty. He works in the city and is flexible about the area....just fed up with renting.

I figure you guys may have some real estate connections, or have something personally for sale.
