I cant find a racers pack for Popra in Havasu? Is there entry fee? Boat reg. fee? member fee?

Kevin other people are asking the same questions. The time is closing fast. I know you must be extremely busy. If you get a chance please post for all. Should we be ordering the GPS systems for this race? Is it mandatory?
