We just signed the Trump hotel as the host hotel, all meetings will be held there and registration will be in City Hall across the street. The problem is, they won't let you park the Dog Pound in the driveway. It's a bit pricey too, even with discounts.

I'll have a list of all sponsoring hotels with a variety of prices in a day or two. The good news is that Sunny Isles Beach is only two miles long so everything is within a mile and a half of the Race Village.

Parking is a a premium in SIB, so gas up the scooters.

Please review the following link and add to your site for teams/ fans to make reservations. I am sure you will agree that this will make it very easy for teams to reserve their hotel accommodations. If anyone prefers to call, the phone number to use is 786-528-2500 and the Special Rate Plan is OSS.

We are pleased to participate with a special room-rate and can offer the following rates for June 19-23, 2008
Standard rooms Ocean View: $155.00 (2 Double Beds)
1-Bedroom Suite Ocean View: $175.00 (1 King Bed)
2-Bedroom Suite Ocean Front: $269.00 (1 King Bed and either 2 Double or 1 Queen Bed)
All rates are non-commissionable and subject to 13% tax.
Room-rates will also be honored 3 days pre/ post based on availability

Your attendees can call the hotel direct at 1-800-461-8501 to make their hotel reservation they should refer to Trump 10H4KG to secure the special rate offer of $249.00 single/double occupancy plus 13% tax and a $15.00 per room, per night resort service fee taxable at 7%.

Should anyone be interested in booking a group block of 10 or more rooms, you can have them call me directly and I will be happy to assist them with their request.

Should they be interested in viewing our property before hand, please have them visit www.trumpmiami.com.

The Newport is nice too. It's at the middle of the race course.

Mention the OSS race for special rates. The rooms go from $80 to 180 a night.

They have a large parking lot across the street from the hotel.
