Yeah, the 1 turbine thing? It's not an F-15, 1 turbine means 70mph, so I don't think the story is straight.

JBS in Biloxi
Well Im finally home and am not that surprised that OSO'ers have their own .02 to voice.
First of all-it was an amazing race-yes we got a good start and continued to pull away from Geico at over 6 seconds a lap-that alone was the most focused Ive ever been in a boat-it was intense!
The second start we were neck and neck untill a few bouys later when we continued to pull away until we had a turbine shut down (3 times) due to a fuel pressure problem in the last two laps.
Sorry that people consider saying "crushed" is an insult-its not-its how it was.Geico is the current world champion in the worlds fastest race boat and have all my respect. So sorry for being excited about beating Geico-it was a monumental win and one I will remember forever. If anyone thinks they gave it to us-you are very wrong-nobody is out there risking their lives to not win-whoever wrote that has no idea what they are talking about.
This win was no fluke-JBS is here to race and win.We are focused and driven to win.Watch out here we come

Newbie question..... If GEICO and AquaMania both have mystic's w/turbine's, why aren't all three racing? I thought I had been seeing pictures of those boats for a while, but admittedly have no idea what it takes to dial one in.....

JBS Mystic
Aqua Maniacs are racing this year-they are just doing a different schedule which also includes poker runs.We will face off in a few weeks in Miami.
Geicos mystic-Im not 100% sure what happened-They opted to use the MTI for now-Im sure we will see their mystic soon.
As for JBS-This boat is new and we have very little testing done-There are a few gremlins to figure out yet.SO far so good though. It should be a great year full of exciting.

A true Champion can lose with respect and win with dignity..
Good job to both teams.
