Pig Iron Racing thanks OSS!!

I would like to personally thank each & every one of the OSS officals, as well as the safety/divers/chopper crews & all the race teams-but especially the CRANE OPERATORS & HOT PIT crew-Monica & Dennis, your the bestest! Pig Iron is forever in your debt. With your combined efforts, the current damage report is low....for now. Wait til Dad gets home!! We will race in Havasue, but Cumberland ??? Anyone want to donate a 525 hp?? haha... Thank you to Doug Grimaldi your a great sport & we hope we didn't scare ya too much! SOOO! now that we've got that one under our belt, done & over with, all I can say is "WE'LL (Pig Iron) BE BACK!"
Nance

PS: in answer to the question everyone had asked, "Is there anything I can do to help??" YES-Send checks!

Where there's a 'Wil' there's a way

I just got the news on the motor. Brad said
"our motor is junk; the rods look like pretzels"!
Wil, I don't know what to say, but-- thank you, thank you,
thank you!!! You know what they say? "Where's theres a 'Wil', there's a way!!"
I guess that old saying has never been more true than right now!!
The motor is the one expense
we can't float, at least right now, & getting your
motor would give us what we need to have another SVL
team in Cumberland. Please tell me what I can do to repay you & PM me your address.
Thanks again, I will let you all know the progress.... Nance

Thank You OSS for giving myself and all the other racers the opportunity to experience ahead of time what a roll over may be like.I can not say enough about the dunker tank.Had Brad and I not done the dunker test together things may not have fared so well.I understand that no 2 roll overs are the same but it gives you a realistic feel for what you might expect and a routine for getting out with as little confusion as possible.Fear, panic and confusion were non existent. We had enough time to realize what had just happenned, ask each other if hurt and then put respirator in our mouths (approx. 10sec.) The rest was textbook.
Thank You again OSS for running such a professional and safe organization.
