SVLs making the Bimini run?

I know the Vortec Extreme boat is planning to make th run again this year. So are there any other SVL boats willing to take a shot at it?

Our boat is short on fuel range and its $1000 to enter, plus extra safety gear. Save it for Sunday

That would be great. The more the better. I know Steve and Adib had a great time doing the run last year.

Banshee how big is your fuel tank?

Bimini

We made it on 44.9 gallons what size is your tank? This is a real ocean race not a lake race, . It is one of the best events I have done in well over 100 starts. If you are a racer this is a race you should do. Last year only the Lavey Craft "got off the trailer" hats off to them for putting it out there.

I think they are requiring the boats to have a real life raft this year.

We had one but it was tight to have it in the safety cell. We looked at putting it in the bilge but was clear we may never get it out if the boat sank. The surest thing is truck inner tubes inflated in the bow.
