Big day.
Tomorrow I close on my building for work. After 6 months of lawyers and banks its over. 6000 sq' warehouse and 1000 sq' office. The nice part is it has 20' ceilings with 2 internal cranes. Go figure they might be able to pick up the boat for bottom cleaning. Never thought of that before.

Congrats Randy... I know the feeling of renting for years. Im still searching for the right building. Thought I had one in Woodbridge.
10,00SF...rent was 7,500/mo If I bought it, mortgage, taxes and insurance would have been just under 5,000. Unfortunately, I couldnt get a use variance for manufacturing. It was zoned for B-3 use which is for business use .
