One thing to remember Klaatu, if the WIDE LOADS didn't make it to Key West by Friday before dark, they legally can't drive till Monday morning...

I know from experience when I was stopped at the weigh station one year with the ARASAKI boat. The rigger of the boat, the salesman that he is, sold the state troopers one hell of of story and next thing I knew the troopers were telling me to move on and if I get stopped again that I never was at the weigh station as far as they were concerned....
Needless to say we made it while others sat till Monday.
Boy they were scratching their heads wondering what just went down....
