Konrad Marine Wins Venezuelan Patrol Contract for propulsion systems
Konrad Marine, manufacturer of stern drive systems, has recently secured a contract for eight Venezuelan patrol craft operating in Maracaibo Bay. Each 11.3 meter vessel presented to PDVSA will be powered by twin packages consisting of Konrad 520HD stern drives and Cummins QSB 355 hp engines. This commercially rated vessel will achieve speeds in excess of 40 knots.
