Dubai, UAE -It is countdown to the May start of the 2009 Powerboat P1 World Championship, with a number of new venues added and The Dubai International Boat Show will featue the premier mono-hull offshore racing series in action!
Powerboat P1 is exhibiting at the Dubai International Boat Show, March 3-7 debuting a new simulator that enables fans to experience P1 action by taking a virtual trip in an Evolution class boat. Visitors to the P1 display at the Show (Equipment Supplier & Services Zone, G62) can obtain details on this year's World Championship and information on team entry or sponsorship.

The Powerboat P1 2009 season launches in Malta, a well-established P1 destination, celebrating its sixth anniversary on the circuit, in May 8-10, followed by Grand Prix of the Sea events in Turkey, Sweden, Italy and Bahrain over the next five months.
