Teague Custom Marine exhibited at the 70th Annual Miami International Boat Show, which was held from February 17-21, 2011. It was the first time for the Valencia, CA based custom engine builder to display in the indoor floor of the show and many took notice. The 45-foot long space showcased a hefty arsenal of Teague Custom Marine complete engine packages, two of which where displayed in line with transom assemblies and outdrives. The booth also featured TCM parts, accessories, and rigging hardware.

NMMA honored Teague Custom Marine with the Best of Show Award for the Best Engine / Engine Accessory display. Only six different awards were given out at this year’s Miami show, each in a unique category.

Highlights of the display included the new TCM 1365/1500 Quad Rotor EFI engine, which debuted at the show. This engine features dual 4.0L Whipple superchargers, and makes 1365 HP on 91 octane fuel or up to 1500 HP on race fuel at 7000 RPM. A team from Lake Racer LLC was also on hand in the Teague booth to promote the Desert Storm poker run, an event presented by Teague Custom Marine in Lake Havasu, AZ April 27-30, 2011, that has earned national recognition.
