You know as well as I, just about all schedules are subject to last minute changes, and how typos or a misuse of words can be used. I've done it myself on my own site. Here's also an example of a typo, but just thankful that the link is correct

And thank you to all in Algonac and to Smitty... We had a blast even in the bad weather!

By the looks of it, RonP was kind enough to forward the old URL www.oparacing.com
to the .ORG address.

It now gets you there no matter how you type it in.

I know I mentioned the fact that the link was correct. Just the that is was a typo. And once updated, it always got you there. Things sometimes happen that are outta control. Sometimes people do print out pages and are not able to use a link. I know I've also done that myself. I did not mention where it came from (as it's not necessary, cause there are many more out there that have the same thing, but those are dead links), and I did mention how I have done the samethings myself, and am greatful when someone does point out my mistakes. No one is perfect, we all make an occasional "oops", things happen, and sometimes beyond ones control. Sometimes we can assume that because it was done last year, that it will be the same this year. It's over and done with, I guess constructive criticism can be taken on personal level. Maybe we all need to take a look at ourselves before casting stones, and see if we are self-righteous people ourselves, (myself included). I'm just sooooooooooo tired of all the negativity, and let it get the best of me. Sorry.

Dee,
Now I am really confused....

I wasn't criticizing anyone.

The only reason for my comment about the .org & .com was to let people know that the .com is now forwarded to the current .org address.

The site I was referring to was the Algonac Chamber of Commerce's website in regards to a Kilo. I completely understand how they could have misinterpreted testing vs time trial or kilo.
It is no big deal.

I certainly meant nothing negative by it.

If that is what anyone was thinking, then I might as well just delete this thread...

As far as my Sunday night post looking for pics, I was just breaking balls. I know what is involved with uploading over 1000 photos. It all takes time.

I know I don't carry a laptop and try to do it from the race site either. Sometimes we are spoiled here on OSO because of the people that have that capability and are willing to do it.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

It's really a moot point..

So let's talk about OC and how JCPERF is gonna sweep his class, Strictly Busness in theirs, and On the Chip!!
