Wasn't there a post on here in General section of a guy putting a Illmore in a bat boat? What kinda a speed did he get out of his? What drive did he use? Indy or bravo?

Yes it had an indy drive but the motor was factory hopped up pretty good. The owner (C Spray) is connected at Illmore and i believe the boat just broke a hundred.


I have no immediate plans/means to put any kind of 28 Bat together for SVL but just thought I'd throw it out there for conversation sake. There has been a customer or two through my shop though that has expressed interest so ya never know. Quite honestly i am not seeking and kind of dominant boat here and would be open to whatever makes parity, tune the boat to run whatever you guys are runnin. My honest guess is flat out with a 525/Bravo in a race built 28 at spec weight would be 90-92 maybe 95? What are most svl's running?
