If you plan to participate in the Canadian Autograph Session - Sarnia Bay Marina, Ontario, on August 10th, YOU MUST fill out the PORT HURON to SARNIA Individual Manifest Form. This form and all relevant documentation must be submitted to Dee Ungarten with OPA Racing by July 28, 2013, NO EXCEPTIONS!

All persons who plan to participate (racers, crew, family & staff) must fill out the manifest and include the registered boat they will be entering Canada on. NO EXCEPTIONS!

You must include a color copy of your Driver's License or Passport ID upon submission of the Manifest. (Scanner/copier will be available in OPA Registration to make color copies.)


Parade into Sarnia guidelines:

• You MUST stay by your boat at the dock in Sarnia until the Customs Agent has come by to clear you. If weather is above average temperature agents will escort you to an appropriate area.
• NO PERSONAL PROTECTION items, such as firearms, knives, etc... PERIOD!!!
• Cash Money on person must be kept under $10,000.00. If over $10,000 it needs to be reported.
• All goods need to be reported on the manifest and to the Officer upon arrival to Canada.
• If someone wants to go late he or she will be subject to ALL Immigration requirements upon arrival in Canada and return to USA

Person(s) will NOT be permitted to change their assigned boat for travel to Canada on the day of the Canadian Autograph Session. If the boat you are associated with is NOT going to the autograph session, it is your responsibility to have the paperwork updated prior the day of the Canadian Autograph Session held on August 10, 2013. If the paperwork is incomplete or inaccurate you will not be able to participate in the session and will be left at the dock in Port Huron, MI. NO EXCEPTIONS!

OPA Staff Participation: It is the individual OPA staff member's responsibility to make contact with a Team and ask permission to assign yourself to their boat for the Parade to Sarnia/Autograph Session.

Change to documentation for travel to Sarnia for the Autograph Session has been made.

If you are only submitting your State Driver's License, you must also include a copy of you Birth Certificate. (Copies must be in color)

If you have an "Enhanced Driver's license" you do not need to include your birth certificate. What is an Enhanced Driver's License? This is a driver’s license that can also be used as a cross-border travel document to enter the U.S. by land and sea. It denotes both identity and citizenship, per the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative. The following states are issuing this type of WHTI-compliant document: Michigan, New York, Vermont and Washington.

You may also submit a copy of your passport or Nexus card.
