First order of business was to install the new Chief of OPA.
Augie bestowed the honor upon Smitty and then they cut each other and swapped blood.
Augie said something about Smitty's now in for life.

P1 - The current World Champion also took the high points in OPA. John Wooley and Walter Piasacki in Lightning Jacks.

With tears in his eyes, Smitty (Wazzup won the Cup last year) handed the Stuggots Cup to it's new gardians.
