outerlimits hatch

i have a 97 37 with a pair of 500's and was wondering it 250 b&m's would fit under the original flat hatch? if not, it there anyone out there that would like to swap a factory fiberglass scoop hatch for a factory upholstered hatch. (it's all white).

where did you get the inserts and how much. what size was your air cleaner? it looks like i can cut into the bottom of the hatch about 2 inches them it looks like antoher 2 inches of foam. from the bottom of the stock intake to the top of the air cleaner i have 15 inches with 1 inch to spare till i hit the hatch. the blower set up is 19 inches from bottom of intake to top of carb without air cleaners. just wondering how your 420's fit? it looks as if my set up will not work and your blower is even bigger.

Call me at 401-527-2627. I will see what is available, or we could get a price together to retro fit yours or build you a new one.
