I gotta hand it to someone who can take such a well known, cool themed boat and redo it. It's beautiful now as well, but I don't think I could have brought myself to do it. I absolutely love the redone historical themed Apaches. And I like that I'm like that. Saves me a TON of money

I don't know if I could either,but after someone spent all the money on the fairing and paint work it was easy to keep going to make it as nice as I can.

I didn't realize the boat was part of a heroic accident,so that explains the paint, etc. Still would have been hard to change. I understand the cockpit/cabin updates and upgrades. I also really like the classic Cigs where the paint is original, but the cockpit is updated.

It's great to see what people do and the creativity in the updating. taking an older, solid, great designed hull and keeping it looking as new after 10,15,20,25 years is so neat to see. Those 37 OL are great hulls to work from.

Yours does look awesome, though.
